If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange an unsatisfactory product for an alternative product or issue a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling) upon product return.


How to Exchange a Product

If you would like to exchange a product(s) please contact one of our skin care specialist. They can assist you in choosing an alternative product that better suits your needs and help you return your product(s). Return Guidelines

  • Products must have been purchased directly from our website We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the authorized retail store where purchased.
  • Products must be returned within 60 days of order date.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
  • We cannot accept returns on overly used products
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned

      How to Return Your Product

      1. An RMA is required to process returns and issue a full refund. For fast returns please Contact our customer service team by email at and request an electronic RMA and return shipping label. To request an RMA by phone please call during regular business hours Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm EST. Return requests processed over the phone may take an additional 3-5 business days to process.
      2. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of your package and on the packing slip inside your package. We recommend keeping a copy of the packing slip with the RMA# on it for your records.

      4. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be received and processed. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you on the returned product(s) plus any tax paid on the product(s), less any promotions, discounts, rebates, or credits already issued on the returned products.
