Return Guidelines

  • Products must have been purchased directly from our website We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the authorized retail store where purchased.
  • Products must be returned within 60 days of order date.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt along with your name, order #,  email address, phone number and your reason for returning the product(s).
  • We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.

How to Return Your Product

  1. Contact our customer service team by phone at (888) 504-8865 or email for for a return shipping label (RMA). An RMA is required to process returns and issue a full refund.
  2. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of your package and on the packing slip inside your package. We recommend keeping a copy of the packing slip with the RMA# on it for your records.
  3. Send the package to the address listed below:
  4. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be received and processed. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you on the returned product(s) plus any tax paid on the product(s), less any promotions, discounts, rebates, or credits already issued on the returned products.
